The goal of this service is to keep your property beautiful year round and eliminate the need for outdoor chores in unpleasant conditions. While providing a one of the kind premium service to our clients.
Servicing weekly, starting at 50$ per service
12 month minimum service on contract

Mowing, Edging, Weed eating, Bagging debris, and hedge pruning
Weed control from property as needed
Fertilizer application as needed
Lawn aeration and overseeding in September
Routine leaf removal in fall
Same day snow removal in winter (walkways and driveways)

Xotix Outdoorcare was started in 2022 by Tyler O. It started out as a hobby, he enjoyed cutting designs into the grass at his grandmothers house and making patterns with the stripes. Shortly after one of his neighbors noticed, he was approached by several neighbors asking him to do the same at their houses, that sparked an idea. He realized he could make a living doing work like this.
After gaining some experience and finding a passion in transforming landscapes, he wanted to turn his parents and families properties into what they had envisioned without them having to spend their money doing it.
Then finding confidence in his work and seeing what an impact it had on their lives, he started a organization of like minded friends and workers with the goal of being able to transform the community they lived in into a more beautiful place everyone could enjoy, and hopefully have that same impact on the lives of the clients he served and those who couldn’t afford to do it themselves. With this vision Xotix Outdoor Care was born in the hopes of spreading that feeling he saw in his families eyes.
That was 3 years ago and we are happy to say that vision is getting closer by the day, and we wont stop moving forward until we are able to make this community a paradise we can all share.
