Our Method: We utilize heavy-duty, core aerators that pull thousands of 3-inch-deep soil plugs directly out of your lawn.
We do not use spike aerators, which actually push soil sideways and increase compaction.
The Advantage: Mechanical core aeration instantly opens pathways for oxygen, water, and nutrients to dive deep into the root zone. Immediately following aeration, we spread seed. The open aerator holes act as the perfect micro-environment for excellent seed-to-soil contact, maximizing effectiveness and naturally thickening thin or bare patches.
