Xotix Outdoor Care was started by two friends with the same ambition. We want to offer a service a cut above the rest. A Landscaping company you can trust, that will answer the phone when you call, be able to get you a quote same or next day. And most importantly not cut corners on craftsmanship.

We noticed a problem in the contractor market, many people cut corners and are hard to contact. This has left many home owners all around eastern Oregon with terrible stories.

Seeing this we had one thought, “We want to take the risk out of it, we want to build a brand people can trust and know that if they choose to invest in their home their investment is protected” and That’s where Xotix Outdoor Care comes in.

• When you submit a request form at XotixOutdoorCare.com you will get a call from our Designer Brian J. to schedule an on site assessment for the same day (in most cases.) During the assessment we will take measurements, discuss exactly what you are trying to accomplish with you project and decide on what materials and design elements you want to see in your landscape. For relatively simple installs we can provide pricing before we leave your property. These assessments generally take between 10-45 minutes depending on complexity of project.

• If the price looks good; as soon as we schedule the project you will be handed off to Tyler O. our project director, for the duration of your project and your warranty you’ll have dedicated support for any questions or concerns that might arise. He will be personally taking care of all logistics, quality control, and labor staff on your property.

• (Starting August 2026) Once the final invoice is paid and maintenance rolls around you’ll be with Caden F. Providing services & suggestions to manage the landscape on a routine basis.

This three stage system will give you access to dedicated support during all business hours for whatever stage your landscape is in; by an expert in their respective area.

In the remainder of 2026 Xotix Outdoor Care is working on improving our customers experience from the first call to us servicing your property on a routine basis we are striving to provide a seamless, simple, and exceptional service. We believe the people looking for our kind of services care about their experience. That is why we are implementing new systems from, the latest portable devices; to give you better visuals of materials and project ideas during the planning process, quote portals that provide detailed descriptions, quantities, pricing on every step of your project or Management service, Client portals that you can access 24/7 through our website that outlines all scheduled work, real time balance, and payment options from automatic to tap to pay (on some devices.)

Going into 2027 we will be Re re-Launching our service list with a with the addition of Xotix Landscape Management….. stay tuned!
